Are you a Garment, Accessories or Home furnishings Manufacturer who wants to know about Sriram Boota, Hanuman Boota, Chawani Boota and Dollar Boota fabric? If yes, then do watch out this video till end. Hello, this is Tushar from Charu Creation Pvt Ltd, a fashion fabric company at Nehru Place, New Delhi. So friends, the names I just took does not sound to be the names of fabrics at the first impression. This is at least what I felt when I heard them for the first time. But yes, these are the names of fabrics which are widely used to make

Apparels and Home furnishings. So what are these fabrics actually. Well, these fabrics fall under the category of Textured Fabrics. A Fabric on which an effect has been applied or created besides it’s original texture is generally referred to as a Textured fabric. So in case of these boota fabrics; this Boota, the rough circular patch of yarns, is the textured effect. The initial part of the Boota is created through a particular arrangement of yarns on the loom itself when the fabric is getting woven.

Once the fabric gets off the loom, the loose hanging yarns are cut away from the fabric. Hence, the Boota comes into its form. In the industry, names are given to the Boota fabric according to the size of the Boota. A Dollar Coin sized boota is referred to as Dollar Boota. A 50 Indian Paisa Coin sized Boota is called as Chawani Boota. Similarly smaller versions of the boota fabrics are called Sriram Boota and Hanuman Boota. So friends, Boota fabrics could be made out of multiple permutations and combinations of yarns.

So the base fabric could be made of cotton yarn and the boota could be made of viscose or polyester or lurex yarns. It could be vice versa also. Friends, if you need to dye or print your Boota fabric, then you should be well aware of the types of yarns used in your boota fabric. If you are not aware, then you can harm your fabric. I will tell you why. Dyeing and Printing Processes are different for different yarns. Cotton yarn will generally get harmed even destroyed if it goes through the Dyeing and printing process of polyester.

Whereas polyester will easily pass through unaffected through the Dyeing and Printing process of cotton yarn. Boota fabric is a very interesting fabric as it allows designers to come up with different colors and finishes on the fabric with the help of different dyeing, printing and fabric finishing processes. Therefore, it is very important for you to have a discussion with your Dyer or Printer before processing the Boota fabric.

Wondering which fabric is best suited for human beings? If yes, then do watch out this video till end. Hello, this is Tushar from Charu Creation Pvt Ltd, a fashion fabric company at Nehru Place, New Delhi. So friends, Hemp fabric made from Cannabis sativa plant is supposedly the best fabric for Human needs

Hemp is one of the lightest fibers you can find, and this gives the clothes and the apparel a very breathable and lightweight feel with the fibers themselves weighing up to a third less compared to the cotton and woolen materials. This is vital for people who travel a lot and for whom comfort and ease is vital. Hemp is one of the rare fabrics that has resistance to Ultraviolet radiations (UV rays). It is about 95% UV reflective. Next, it is water-resistant.

Hemp fabric does not absorb water and instead tries to reflect the water, much like water on a leaf. Further, hemp fabric has antimicrobial properties. If you have a bad odor, then hemp clothing might help you. It prevents the growth of odor-causing bacteria. It packs excellent antimicrobial properties which make it last longer than any other textile fiber like cotton, polyester, etc. Hemp clothes don’t become distorted even after multiple uses and washes.

At the same time, hemp fabric is known for its durability and sustainability. Another interesting fact about hemp textile is, the more you wear hemp apparel the softer it gets over time. Hemp is also easy to dye and retains color better than any other industrial fabric. Well-made hemp textile has strong thermal qualities as well as being hypoallergenic, making it a great accessory for outdoor activities and travel.

There are countless uses of hemp fabric. It is used to make jeans, shoes, sneakers, shirts, dresses, undergarments, hats, bags, mats, bedsheets, pillow covers, duvets, curtains etc. Interestingly, in the history of sailing ships, hemp fiber was used around the world to make ropes and canvas sails. Apart for its usefulness for Human beings, hemp is a very eco friendly material. A fun fact fact: Henry Ford made a car partially from hemp to help out American farmers.

Friends, to order Hemp fabrics, click on the link given in the description of the video. Friends, I want to acknowledge you for watching this video. Are you a Garment, Home Furnishings or an Accessories manufacturer who wants to know more about the fabric called RAYON? If yes, then do watch out this video till end. Hello, this is Tushar from Charu Creation Pvt Ltd, a fashion fabric company at Nehru Place, New Delhi. So friends, first of all, what is Rayon? Rayon is a fabric made from purified cellulose fibres, which are typically created from wood pulp. Though rayon is derived from natural materials, it requires certain chemicals, so it’s considered to be a semi-synthetic fabric.

There are many types of Rayon fabrics but in this video I will discuss the 3 most important types of rayon. So, the first type of Rayon Fabric is called Viscose. It was first developed in 1855 and patented in 1894. The name Viscose comes from the process that’s used to make it; at one stage, rayon is a viscous, honey-like liquid that later settles into a solid form. So viscose is really soft and has a silken touch. This fabric is used for most applications for which cotton is used.

Whether it’s dresses, shirts, or pants, rayon is used to make a wide variety of different articles of clothing, and this fabric may also be used to make household items like towels, washcloths, or tablecloths. But it has some shortcomings too. It is really weak when wet. Fabric experts recommend that one should give rayon clothes a gentle hand wash with a mild detergent.

It is advisable to use cold water for washing rayon. Even dry cleaning of the garments made out of viscose is recommended. The second type of rayon is called HWM or High Wet Modulus. It is popularly known by the name of Modal. This type of rayon was particularly developed to concur the weakness of Viscose fabric which becomes weak on being wet. Modal was developed in Japan in 1951.

So like Viscose, it is extremely soft but unlike viscose it is strong even when it is wet. Modal rayon is generally more lightweight than viscose rayon, and it is also more breathable, which has prompted this fabric’s popularity in sportswear. Modal rayon wicks sweat effectively, it is easy to clean, and it is also surprisingly durable and long-lasting. This type of rayon is also a popular fabric for bed sheets due to its high moisture wicking ability.

It is common to see this fabric used for yoga pants, bike shorts, and even swimwear. As compared to cotton, modal rayon is highly resistant to pilling. The third type of Rayon is called Lyocell. It is popularly known by a brand called Tencel. So lyocell is made out of cellulose extracted from Eucalyptus trees. Originally developed in 1972, lyocell burst into popularity in the late Nineties.

Lyocell fabric is very strong whether it is wet or dry and very resistant to pilling. It’s unique features are a) it absorbs moisture very quickly and releases it into the atmosphere b) it is odour resistant. It is used to make all types of clothings but it is very popular in sportswear. Furthermore, Lyocell is quickly becoming a favorite fabric for medical dressings. This fabric’s high absorbency ability also makes it an ideal material to use in medical applications.
