Hello, this is Tushar from Charu Creation Pvt Ltd, a fashion fabric company at Nehru Place, New Delhi. So friends, Developed in Japan, Cupro is Recycled cellulose exposed to copper, ammonia, and caustic soda to result in a semi-synthetic textile substance.

Also known by the names of Cuprammonium rayon, cupra, ammonia silk, Bemberg; Cupro is by far the most popular fabric used for lining. Cupro is generally prized for its fineness, elasticity and sheerness. It is smooth, shiny, breathable and static free. Cupro lining is often chosen for men’s jackets, vests and pants. Lightweight and silk-looking, it makes any suit especially wool-suit super comfortable and breathable. Plus, it is an-all season fabric, cool in summer and warm in winter.

The delicate shine it offers to the garment elevates the entire look while saving you money. Apparel applications of Cupro as a lining material also include blouses, tank tops, t-shirts, sports bras, and other light intimate apparel. However Cupro has some shortcomings too.
